GENERAL TERMS

All credit plans are subject to the approval of our Credit Department. Payments are due by the date indicated on your invoice or statement.

New EZ Payment Plan customers will be subject to a pro-rated schedule of payments beginning in the month in which their plan starts, i.e., 11 monthly payments if started in September, 10 payments if started in October, 9 payments if started in November. After November 30th, regular 30 day accounts only.

Late charges are applied on accounts past due as follows: 1-1/2% per month (18% annual rate) on any amount less than $700, and 1% (12% annual rate) on amounts over $700.

Services and product deliveries may be suspended if your account becomes past due.

EZ PAYMENT PLAN

A Burch Oil EZ Payment Plan, or equal payment plan, lets you spread your winter heating costs and your Oil Burner Service Plan over 12 months rather than just the coldest months, without a finance charge or service fee of any kind.

EZ Payment  plans begin in August.  Any remaining unpaid balance is payable in full by the end of July. When there is a credit balance, it can be refunded to you or applied to the next season's  Plan.

Our EZ Pay customers pay five cents a gallon less for their oil than our "pay as you go" customers.  You get this five-cent price discount on every gallon of oil we deliver to you.

If you are not already on our EZ Payment plan, please contact our office in June or July to begin  in August.

Parts and service expenses (other than a Service Plan) cannot be included in an equal payment plan. Payment for these expenses are due upon receipt of invoice.

Besides accepting monthly payments by check, Burch Oil offers automatic payment options for your convenience.  You can have your EZ pay monthly payments deducted directly from your bank account or charged to your credit card.  With automatic payments, you don't have to worry about losing your guaranteed price because of a late payment

REGULAR 30 DAY ACCOUNT

An invoice is mailed to you shortly after a charge is applied to your account. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

CREDIT CARDS

MasterCard, Visa  and Discover credit cards will be accepted to pay for heating oil and related services.
