ANNUAL CLEANING & INSPECTION This level of service includes an annual cleaning and thorough inspection by a factory trained, Burch Oil Heating Service Technician. 24-HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE No charge for service calls on all covered parts listed below, even after regular business hours. Parts and labor on non-covered items will be billed at prevailing rates. COVERED REPLACEMENT PARTS No charge for labor or parts for replacement of the following, as determined by Burch Oil:
This Agreement specifically excludes controls, motors and other devices used in conjunction with central air conditioning. Plumbing, fuel oil tank and fuel oil lines are not covered by this Plan. |

This once-a-year service helps to assure peak operating efficiency for your heating system. A thorough inspection, adjustment and cleaning, as described below, will save on oil consumption and offer you peace of mind. INSPECTION & ADJUSTMENT:
The factory trained, Burch Oil Heating Service Technician will also inspect and clean the furnace, boiler, flue pipe and base of the chimney (where accessible), lubricate motors and bearings with oil ports and perform a combustion efficiency test. Items determined to be defective will be replaced or repaired at prevailing rates for parts and labor. |

Burch Oil will clean and adjust your air conditioner and heat pump system to its highest efficiency. This pre-season service will ensure trouble-free operation and prolong the life of your system. The factory trained, Burch Oil Heating Service Technician will check air temperature across the evaporator and condenser coils, filters, condensate drains, electric contactors, relays, refrigerant pressure, wiring, pulleys and belts, and will clean evaporator and condenser coils as needed. He will also test for proper voltage, check for noise and vibration, and lubricate bearings and motors with oil ports. Items determined to be defective will be replaced or repaired at prevailing rates for parts and labor. |
